DONT FLASH YOUR Z790 BOARD WITH NEW 1402 BIOS!!!

Trashed my system. I was completely stable running 96GB of V-Color Mantis Prism X 7200Mhz DDR5, 13900KF, MSI SuprimX 4090 (Air), Open Loop, A beast. ROG Z790-E GAMING Wi-Fi Board. 1402 absolutely trashed my machine. I was even locking up IN THE BIOS!

Don't flash this bios. Stay at 1303. TRUST ME!!!!!

I'm very happily on 1202 but I need to update at least to 1303 some time, I think the system is not stable enough on 1202 to support 7600mhz on my DDR5 since it reverted back to 5600mhz for some goddamn reason.

Is there a step by step video guide anywhere?, I really don't know how I managed to configure everything last time

just  copy file on pc with bios you want rename it with renamer    and stick it in bios slot  then turn off pc and hold bios button on board for ten sec and will flash blue wait till it stop then turn on pc f1 thats all
