Defective ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO

I bought a ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO board and built the system and finshed teh watercooling hardlines and after running for about three days it will no longer post. It keeps giving me the Q codes 55 and 00. I replaced the RAM and PSU but that didn't solve anything.

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO Z590
i9-11900K
Two RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultras
64GB Corsair Pro RAM
WD Black 850 M.2
Two Samsung 980 Pros
ASUS ROG Thor 1200 PSU


Does anyone know if ASUS will do an advanced RMA and how long to have a board RMA'ed ?

I have had problems in the distant past with USB devices causing the system not to boot. Just try with the keyboard plugged in.
