Sorry. 350 for the GPU. The cooling I was was just looking for some ideas. It will cost what it costs.

Use it varied. Video Streaming, Video Recording, some home movie editing. Nothing overly intensive.

Id say a GTX 670 will do if you look around you could find one for 350... And for cooling are you looking at water or air cooling. As you might assume water is superior but alot more complicated.

I'm going for low maintenance, so I was thinking something like H80i. I'm a bit concerned about life of these self contained kits.

There 5 years no maintenance from what I understand which is more than the lifetime of a pc for me. By that time im already onto something different
