Connecting the fans to the motherboard

Hi, is it possible to plug fans into the connectors on the motherboard called
FS_FAN1
FS_FAN2
CPU_OPT
EF_FAN
W_PUMP+
CHA_FAN2.
And will I be able to control fan speeds when connected to these ports? My board is asus z790 apex encore, Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 3000 PWM fans
