Confusion over no. of memory slots

Hey techies, 

I have a slight confusion about the memory slots in laptop. I own ASUS Zephyrus M16 and recently after BIOS update, I noticed that under the memory section it indicates 2 of 4 slots used. However the technical specification of the Laptop says there are only 2 slots. 

Can someone please help me in understanding this.
