DandynamiteIf those are your temps at idle,I would question your thermal conductivity between CPU and the Fan, What compound did you use and how did you apply it. Even a stock air cooler should keep the temps below 30c. As
Chino says if you don't want to liquid cool then I would recommend Noctua as well. I have one of my systems using the Noctua NH-U12P x2 in a Push Pull configuration.
Really if you want to overclock your system, that case has plenty of room to mount a closed loop liquid system like the Corsair H105. Not difficult to fit, Probably cheaper than 2x Noctua but a darn site more efficient. I have a FX-9590 CPU and my temps at idle are around 20c.
Your TDP draw is around 140 for the FX-8350 and the FX-9590 is 220 TDP. Both beasts require decent thermal overheat protection if you want a stable system.
