complicated build with INFINITRON T9 case

So i recently visited the tech mall in malaysia on a holiday and stumbled upon a huge case called the infintron t9 turns out you can only get it if you live in asia, my girlfriend is from there and so she will be getting it for me this december it can apparently accom an ATX and micro-atx motherboard to have two seperate builds inside one case. I am new to building PC's and have basic knowledge at the moment i have the two requirements for the two motherboards.

The micro-atx will be a basic build used for storing a lot of vids and music etc... effectively just to watch movies and writing up reports etc

the atx will be used for gaming and softwares like photoshop, camtasia etc...

my current ideas are as follows, i dont know if its viable but here goes:

mATX 1150
GRYPHON Z87
8GB
2TB+2TB+2TB+2TB
CORSAIR 750W
X2 GEFORCE GT610

ATX 1150
MAXIMUS VI FORMULA
32GB
120GB SSD+ 120GB SSD+ 2TB
OCZ 1000W
X2 GTX 650 Ti
(i want water cooling with this)

i havent included anything like fans as i dont really know where to start

These will be connected to one TV with 4 HDMI ports so obviously as i wont have both of them switched on at the same time ill have two seperate HDMI cables from each build so i can just switch the input from the TV.

if you wanna see the case its on this...

Im also not sure on the PSU to use and dont know how to calculate its needs and also i dont know whether its good to get two less powerful GPUS or one more powerful GPU and i know both of these boards are multi GPU

i definitely want the 4th gen haswell processors and i have around £3000 to spend on just the desktop ( not including things like keyboard mouse preipherals )

any comments or advice are appreciated:D:D:D

vidcard. get one large, but what games do you play??
the matx see if it have onbord graphics if optioned. that way you dont need graphic card on that side.
and you dont have to sli to watch movies.....
take the monney from the 610 and 650 and get a 780 or a 780ti card to be used on the formula board.
go corsair psu on the formula board too.
what processors are you gona use??
custom cooling is where you will notice the monney will go fast, its expensive.
formula board go whit i7 4770k, and a graphic processor for the matx like an i3 for example.

i play games like aoe2 to battlefield 4 i really play any game but i have a notebook with a 2gb gt635m and it cant play some of the games i want like mortal kombat 9, battlefield 4, COD, assassins creed, gta etc...

and yes i was going to use those processors i completely forgot that in my orig post,
and yes the gryphon supports onboard graphics, does this mean i can simply use the processors Intel HD vid card to play the movies etc..

yes on the intel graphics.
i "think" its hd4000 chip on the cpu just by guessing ( on cell now here ).
for fps game look at the 780 cards for nvidia or 290 cards for amd ( you deside on maker ).
as of now they are the powerfull ones ( 7990 beats em in single gpu benching ) for the new card range.
