Compatibility Check help please (Fitting)

I already have a draft of what i'm going to use in my rig but i'm not sure if my GPU will fit in my case. Sorry I'm new about pc building so please help me.

Case: Corsair Graphite 760T http://www.corsair.com/en/graphite-series-760t-arctic-white-full-tower-windowed-case
GPU: MATRIX-GTX780TI-P-3GD5 SLI (Two- way SLI) http://www.asus.com/ROG_ROG/MATRIXGTX780TIP3GD5/specifications/
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Formula http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VI_FORMULA/specifications/

There's a note in the 780TI: • To have the best cooling performance, ASUS MATRIX-GTX780TI-P-3GD5 extends the fan sink to 2 slots.

I also plan to use water cooling in my rig so i do not know if everything will fit in my case.

What that means is that it takes up two PCI-E slots.

Water cooling for CPU only or for the Matrix cards too?

For water-cooling the two Matrix cards you may not have enough radiator space inside that case... but you may use external rads...

With the original cooling solution on the cards, they will most likely fit on the MVIF...
