Colors NOT displayed properly | Asus Vivobook

Hello, I just acquired an Asus Vivobook 15 Go with an OLED screen and AMD R5 7520U processor. I'm writing this literally after opening it because I have a trained eye (I'm a photographer) and I notice that some colors are not displayed as they should be. For example, blue tends to a violet tone.

Initially, I thought the issue was due to a monitor profile error, but I realized that sometimes the colors are displayed correctly in some programs and not in others. For instance, the wallpaper looks in the proper color, but if I open the same image in the image viewer, it appears incorrectly.

I've searched for different solutions in forums and have come across the following:

1) It's suggested to uninstall Asus Splendid. In Windows 11, this isn't possible immediately; you need to delete the installation folder, but I'm not convinced that this is the appropriate solution. I don't want to accidentally delete the monitor profiles.

2) Disabling hardware acceleration in the browser is suggested, which DOES WORK, but only in the browser. In other applications, the colors are still incorrect.

3) It's suggested that the issue might be related to the AMD processor and could be fixed in the processor settings, but I can't find anything relevant when I open those settings.

I appreciate it if you have another solution in mind. For now, I can settle for the browser colors, but I need to install other Adobe suite programs, and I require the colors to be displayed correctly. Thank you very much in advance.
