The case is microATX or ATX right? Which board are you fitting in it? and how many screws can you fit.....like 6...3 on the left 3 down the middle kind of thing? If you have holes in the motherboard left over but no where to properly fit standoffs you could cut the thread off the standoffs and smooth them and then screw them to the board just so they make sure the board cant flex backwards and contact the case. You'd just have to make sure the board isn't flexed forward.

What's your mobo exactly? The thing is that having waterblocks on different parts, it will increase the weight of those components... and that may bend your mobo... which was not designed to be bent... 😞
