Case HDD usage LED

I have a C7H with a ryzen 2700X, m.2 2280 SATAIII 512gb SSD and a fractal-design r6 USB C case. The hdd use indicator light is constantly on. But if i would use a standard 2.5 SSD, the light would not be constantly on. Is this normal? Or does this indicate something is wrong?

I don't see anything wrong at all. My cases HDD led is constantly flashing as well. Logically speaking, if the led wasn't flashing then I would be concerned.
