Can't get into BIOS + other issues

Issue 1: Can't get into the bios

Issue 2: Random PC lockups

I recently got a mobo/cpu/RAM combo from MC and have had random issues with it. Randomly my PC will just lock up where I can use the mouse, but it just gets slower and slower until it ends up restarting itself. I can't find an error, idk what the cause of this, still trying to sort that out. I turned memory context restore/power down enable to auto (was on for fast boot times) to see if that would fix it, and it didn't. So now I'm trying to get back into my BIOS, but it just won't show me the splash screen to press F1/Del, and if I press it over and over from power on it just hangs and my monitor stays black. I have tried to hold shift + restart > select restart into uefi bios and it does the same thing.

As a band aid to get into the bios (I've had this issue for a while) I would flash them to an older version/or same version as I was trying to figure out if any of the bios's were the issue but now the flash bios button doesn't even work. It starts to blink and then stops. I tried a different bios same thing. At this point I either have bad ram, mobo or cpu, but I have none of these issues when gaming its only when using my browser or doing non-intensive PC stuff. Like I'll get up to get a drink and come back to it locking up. Or I'll be watching youtube and it happens.

I really am just getting so frustrated and part of me wants to just say F it and put my old 10600k back in because I had none of these issues. In fact, that pc still works flawlessly. I don't get it. This upgrade has been quite the headache. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to just turn memory context restore and power down enabled back on so when the locking up happens its only 14 secs to restart vs the minute. Memory training isn't causing the issue like I thought it might be.

Have you tried with just 1 display connected? I would try with your older ASUS 1080p display as the only display connected. Then disconnect the power cord to your PSU. Clear CMOS. Connect the power cord and start your PC. Now press the DEL or F2 key to get into BIOS and see if you are successful. Good luck!
