The system looks pretty good. Is your friend planning this build for gaming only? Or will he also be using it for programs that require hyper-threding such as photoshop, 3d modeling etc?

If this computer is going to be used for gaming and gaming only... i would suggest switching to a i5 4670k. It is practically the same as the i7 4770k, except it does not include hyper-threading, which is not needed for 'game only builds'.
If your friend wants to save a little extra $$$, then i would suggest he go with an i5 4670k instead of an i7 4770k.

I would also recommend you switch out the power supply for a coolermaster V850 because it is a much better unit then the thermaltake psu you suggested. It is higher quality, will be a lot more reliable and is manufactured by Enhance Electronics (one of the best and most reliable power supply manufacturers). It is very highly recommended.

Apart from those two suggestions; that system should run pretty nicely.

Gaming, video editing and that's it.
He wants to go with the 4770k because there is a slight chance that he will add more 2X4 of the exact RAM so there will be 16GB but this is his choice.
What about the PSU, the PSU i wanted was exactly as you mentioned the CM V850 but, i checked in PCPartpicker int it says that the PSU is kinda too bug so i switched it, if you know that this PSU specifically would fit, then the V850 it is.

plz dont mix ram, if he want to add down the road, he have to get a new kit.
mix and you can end up getting a buggy pc.

Most people don't use over 8GB and I work for a managed services provider. The only people I can think of who do off the top of my head are a couple of my traders, heavy MatLab users, the CAD/CAM guys at Architecture firms, the medical firms who do imaging and me who tends to run a lot of VMs on my box and heavily HEAVILY multi-task... Oh and heavy Photoshop/Illustrator/Adobe users.

personaly i would look at the 1kw PSU whit 2 cards in the system, but thats me.
but whit that i may go well if not OC too high in my opinion.
purly gaming i5, BUT there are a few games that have hyper tread in them, but i can not say who does if so becouse that i do not know.
and DO remember that it can deliver the amps on the rail that the cards needs.
go for a more well named brand PSU.

"go for a more well named brand PSU"
Sorry, but i have to disagree completely.
The cooler master v700, v850 and v1000 psus are manufactured by enhance electronics, which build equally as 'high end' as the psu's manufactured by seasonic. You dont judge a psu by it brand, you judge it by its oem (Original equipment manufacturer). Brand name means absolutely NOTHING.
Cooler master used to make terrible psus... yes, but since then they have changed to a better quality manufacturer. The new v700's, v850's and v1000's by cooler master are as high end as any seasonics or corsair psus out there today. And are very recommended for high end builds.

On to how much power would be needed. To run a system with 780 sli will require at least 65amps. The cooler master v850 delivers 70amps on a single rail. Although, if you are overclocking and want to be on the safe side, go with the v1000 which has a capacity of pushing out 83amps.

As for hyper threading in games; it adds little to no performance gain. Even if it did have a small boost in performance for some games, it would not be worth the extra $$$

Just from my recent experience... H80 is barely enough for a 4670k if you want to OC... and it's very noisy with the original fans...

So, if for the planned usage the 4670k is enough, then save some bucks on the CPU and upgrade the H80 to a H100 or bigger...

850W PSU is enough for a single GTX780 Ti, but when you're adding the second one you/your friend may run low on power...

What cooler can you suggest? he doesn't want any fans that's the problem here, he wants AIO like h100i but the h100i won't fit here so i need
120mm radiator here like the h80i
