Hello!
Laptop: ASUS ROG Strix G713IC-HX010
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics, socket FP6
BIOS: AMI v. 329
Northbridge: AMD Ryzen SOC rev. 00
Southbridge: AMD FCH rev. 51
Mainboard: G713IC (0x0000016E - 0x004F0A60)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home (x64), Version 22H2, Build 19045.5371
Memory: 2x8Gb Micron 4ATF1G64HZ-3G2E2
I decided to increase the memory, I bought a 2x16 kit Kingston Fury Impact KF432S20IBK2/32 (man. date 22/13, 3200, DDR4, CL20, 2 ranks)
The memory looks completely like the KF432S20IB1K2/32 in this specification https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KF432S20IB1K2_32.pdf
In general, the laptop does not start with it. The screen is black, the keyboard is on, and the airplane mode light is on. 1 or 2 bars - the same. I put the old memory back in, and it works. I insert one old bar, one new one - it doesn't start. Later I tested that Kingston memory on friend's laptop - no problem with it.
What problem could be with it? Does this laptop work with 2-rank memory? Please, help who knows.

Hello, I am having similar issues with a new setup.
Now my ram is working at 2400Mhz though it shows I have 2x3200 and 1x2400 (if I remove the 8gbx2400 my screen goes black)
Not sure why DOCP (OR XMP) is not working, and the solution is to manually set your ram freq (step by step), reboot and try if the system is stable, till you get to max stable ram frequency...
