Hey guys,
I am trying to piece together my build and I am stuck on the graphics card. What is the best graphics card I can get for around 500 bucks? Or is it better to crossfire/sli two cheaper ones?

Side note: If anyone can help me track down an Antec Dark Fleet DF-85 case it would be greatly appreciated. It's very hard to find since it's been discontinued.

Welcome to the ROG Forum!

Where are you located? In US you can go onto the Newegg's website, choose the graphics cards and set your price limit… then you can select from there… - between $400 and $500 pretty much they're all good ones…

Also, it depends on what you're gonna use your system… how many onitors and what resolution you will have/will want?

I'm worried about using so much Electric Power / NOISE and HEAT by using 2 Graphic Cards, what recommendations for SINGLE card as POWERFUL or More as 2 cards, in both AMD and NVIDIA , I'll worry about Price Later. I'm not into Video Editing, As long as I can play Crysys 3 w/ALL setting on MAX / Watch Movies and Music I'm Good. Please and Thanks 🙂

if you had a 1.2KW PSU it will not pull that mutch from the wall, it will not pull more then what the system needs.
when on idle it will draw around 2-300ish watt max depending how its set up.

gtx 770's going price lately is about $380, you may be able to swing a 780/ 780ti with $500, if not now then very soon as maxwell was just released and there will probly be a new line rolling out sometime

You don't need 1200 watts for two card crossfire/sli. You only need about 1000 if you like a safety net. To answer your question, GeForce 780 gtx. You can swing them for 499
