Best available DDR5 for ROG STRIX Z690-E . (2X16)

I see that I posted my request for DDR5 ram advice in the wrong place.

Question:

What DDR5 ram is recommended for the ROG STRIX Z690-E . (2X16) Price is not a concern

And, who has the ram in stock, where to buy them?

After a challenging time (sound problem) with a pre-built Dell XPS 8950 (I've returned it), I've decided to rebuild my ASRock. I got hooked with the XPS speed during the three days that it worked.

Proposed replacement parts:

ROG STRIX Z690-E

Intel Core i9-12900K Desktop Processor 16 (8P+8E) Cores up to 5.2 GHz Unlocked LGA1700 600 Series Chipset 125W

and, if compatible, G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR5 5600 (PC5-44800) CL36-36-36-76 1.20V Dual Channel Desktop Memory Model F5-5600U3636C16GA2-TZ5RK

Any suggestions?

Much thanks, Kerry

I decided on:
G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR5 6000 (PC5-48000) CL36-36-36-96 1.35V Dual Channel Desktop Memory Model F5-6000J3636F16GA2-TZ5RK (Matte Black)

Will post the outcomes.

How did it work? Does it run at 6000? I am considering the same memory for my 690-E and 12900k.

Hello,

for your board I would recommend kits in the region of 5800 to 6000MT. Above this can rely on CPU variance.
13900KS / 8000 CAS36 / ROG APEX Z790 / ROG TUF RTX 4090
