At this point, try fully clearing CMOS and loading BIOS defaults, then test each RAM stick in individual slots to isolate any slot or DIMM faults. Run MemTest86 outside Windows to check for errors, and if possible, test with known-good RAM to rule out compatibility. Update chipset drivers and ME firmware, or roll back to a previous BIOS version to see if stability improves.
Also reseat the CPU and check for bent pins, then test with minimal hardware connected. If the problem persists, gather logs and contact the motherboard manufacturer it may be a hardware or BIOS-level issue that needs direct support or RMA.
