I'm having an issue on restart since updating my BIOS to vs.2413
Whenever I restart windows the PC power on but wont post. The orange QLED comes on and stays on. The PC boots with no issue if I shut down and power back on.
I've tried clearing CMOS and EXPO is disabled and I just updated to vs.2613 but the problem persists.
My specs are:
Mobo: Asus Rog Strix B660e-f
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
GPU: Asus ProArt 4070TI Super
Storage: 2 x WD_BLACK SN770 NVMe SSD
PSU: Fractal Design Ion+ Platinum 860
Memory: 2 x 16GB Corsair Vengence DDR5 5600MHz

Its fixed. I had a misbehaving USB hub. Removed it and threw it in the bin the now pc restarts normally.

Reflash back the bios that were posting fine. New bios might have changed the memory parameters.

Hello,
How long are you leaving the system? Memory training can take 1-2 minutes depending on the memory configuration and UEFI settings.

Sometimes it's stuck untill I force shutdown by cpu button

Right, but for how long? As mentioned above, memory training can take some time initially. Please clear the CMOS following the instructions in the user manual and leave the system, for 3 to 5 minutes.

Understood.
Remove CPU and cooler. Inspect the socket and CPU pin-pad for any debris or damage.
Remount CPU and cooler whilst ensuring for even mounting pressure as per cooling vendor guidelines.
