B4 error with a Rog Strix X670E-E with a 4090

Hello I just bought a Asus Rog Strix X670- E with a GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming OC 24G NVIDIA 24 Go GDDR6X. 

First I connected my 4090 with the 16 pin connector to a 4 8-pin connector that was directly connected to my power supply (NZXT C1200 Gold). With this connection I had a D6 error

I updated my motherboard with a a usb at the back and changed the connection with my 4090 directly with a 1 16-pin.

Now with this setup I have a B4 error and still blocked with no signal on my monitor

Can someone help me ?

just removed every other devices plugged on my pc like my keyboard that was connected in USB to my pc.
