Asus Z790 ROG Apex - Q-Code 55 ONLY when coming out of sleep

Hello and thanks for reading.

Got the AsusZ790 ROG Apex with TeamGroup's T-Force DDR 7600. I get Q-Code 55 when the PC wakes from sleep, it boots fine however from a clean power up state.
Memory test shows that the RAM works 100%, no errors in memory tests using Memtest Deluxe 7.
I'm running the latest BIOS, v. 0812. Windows 11 latest update, all drivers are up to date.
Power plan Balanced is chosen.

What I've tried and doesn't change anything.
1. Set the RAM to auto and DDR 5600, set the XPM 1 and 2 and 2 Tweaked. DDR 8000K, doesn't change anything. Memory always pases MemtestDeluxe 7.
2. Disabled Memory Fast boot in the "memory timing" BIOS section.
3. Disabled Memory Health Check in the "memoriy timing" BIOS section.
4. Enabled S4 and S5 sleep, didn't change anything.

I've seen others report this rare problem, one with a Gigabyte board has the exact same problem and a BIOS upgrade fixed his. I'm hoping to find a work around until this gets resolved in a BIOS update.
The system is rock stable otherwise, playing games for hours no problem, benching for hours no problem, even broke my TimeSpy record with it by getting 38517 points, up by 1000 points from my older Gigabyte Z690.

Firstly you'll need to check whether this behaviour occurs at stock. Have you attempted to revert to optimsed defaults in the UEFI without XMP?

Stop codes when returning from low power states can be indicative of memory refresh (Trefi) instability.

It's happening to me with my Z690 extreme. Everything runs fine after reboot. The only difference with you is that i'm running a high performance power plan.

Failure to come out of S3 resume could be a sign of an unstable overclock. It can occasionally be difficult to catch in OS based stress tests if it's related to refresh (tREFI).

You'd need to confirm whether the same behaviour is replicable with the system at stock, i.e. Optimised Defaults, no XMP or overclocking.
