I have an asus rog strix z790-a wifi 2 motherboard, the issue im having is that it's detecting my 500gb solid state sata drive and 2tb m.2 drive under storage devices, but it's not recognizing them as devices the pc can boot from. I have windows installed, and this pc was working but i think in trying to enable secure boot so i could update to windows 11 i changed some settings in bios i might not have completed understood and now the drives aren't being recognized as bootable devices. I know it's misconfigured bios settings but i don't know what to change to recognize the drives as boot devices again. From what I've researched turning on CSM might help but in my case it's not making any difference.

If you CLEAR your CMOS, the system should revert back to default which should allow you to boot back into Windows 10.
Windows 11 prefers GPT based drives whereas Windows 10 prefers MBR drives. GPT drives require Secure Boot which is what you enabled and now your BIOS is not able to find GPT since you have MBR drives.
Once you get your system working you should also consider updating your BIOS since you are on the initial release of 0404.
Before upgrading your OS to Windows 11, you should check https://www.asus.com/us/support/faq/1046215/ as it has some basic information that will be useful to you.
Good luck!
