Asus Z590-F gaming WiFi BIOS help

Hi. My first post here. I am having issues with the bios. The following message showing when I boot up and it has completely lost me. There is no m.2_2 socket showing in the bios. It all started when I updated the bios to a newer version. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Have you got anything in the PCIE slots other than your GPU?

M.2_2 was not selected in bios PCI settings. All sorted thanks.
