Asus Z170 Deluxe M2 Raid 0 whea error on installing Intel drivers in windows 10 setup

System:
Asus Z170 Deluxe
Intel 6700K
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB F4-3200C16Q-32GVRB
In the system now is a generic PCI-E Nvidia card so that I can keep my 980 ti in my workstation until I figure this out.
Corsair RM1000
Corsair H115i
2x Samsung 512gb 950 Pro
2x WD Black 3TB drives
Windows 10 Pro 64

I'm attempting to do Raid 0 on the Samsung 950 Pro drives for booting. Every time I load the Intel Storage driver f6flpy-x64 onto the system it get's either a WHEA uncorrectable error or machine exception.
I can install Windows 10 without the Raid 0
I've replaced motherboard and processor with no luck (oringal MB had an issue with DIMMs 3 and 4 - closest to processor).
I've been battling this for a WEEK with no luck.

I have the 2nd M.2 drive in the bottom PCI-E slot in the motherboard (furthest from processor).

Hope somebody can help. IF this MB won't be best, any suggestions on a MB with built in dual M.2 slots and can do Raid 0 booting without having an issue would be awesome.

BTW, I was able to get this system to install the drivers, get into Windows and then kept locking up on installing the Intel driver, I thought it was an MB/Processor issue due to the DIMMS so I blew it away to reinstall, YUGE mistake.

Thanks!
Mike
