Asus X670-E m2 slots

Hi i have a Asus X670-E and would like to know which m2 slot will be the fastest to use will it be 

M.2_1 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280  (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)
M.2_2 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280 (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)
M.2_3 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280/22110 (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)

I have a 7800x3d cpu

Use M.2_1. However, the real-world difference will be negligible

Thankyou - i want to use 3 m.2 drives and have read if i use m.2_1 m.2_2 and m.2_4 my PCIEX16_1 will run at 16x and not 8x - is this correct ?
