ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA507NVR - Event ID 41, Task Category 63

Hi Guys,

I have experiencing this issue for months now. I've done all the troubleshooting steps I can think of to fix the issue, so I got my battery replaced via warranty (RMA) as advised by ASUS.

Hardly over two months since the replacement, the issue (Event ID 41, Task Category 63) has started.

Issue description: 

Only happens when on battery. The laptop randomly restarts. Event Listener says: Event ID 41, Task Category 63.

Any advice on what maybe causing the issue?

Have you resolved this issue? I'm currently facing it as well. Althought it doesn't only appear when on battery, but when it's plugged in as well.

Not yet, mate. I reached out to ASUS Support; they need to troubleshoot and check the issue. I think it's linked to the motherboard.

Thanks for the answer. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but four days ago I have switched from "Ultimate" GPU Mode in Armoury Crate to "Standard" and for now I haven't experienced previous crashes. As I said, might be a coincidence but maybe give it a shot mate

Thanks, mate. Tried this few months back, but eventually, it didn't help - and the issue resurfaced.
