ASUS Strix 370i Mini ITX - PCIe Lanes and NVME doubts!

Hi All,

I have a z370i with an i7 8700k, I have already an SSD M.2. in my front M.2. Slot and wanted to add an NVME M.2 on the back slot, which I understand can accommodate only PCI storage.

Now, by doing so will my GPU Lanes be affected by the NVME? I read different things on different places and there is no "definite answer", at least online.

I have
1 x SATA SSD
1 x M.2 SSD
1 x 1080ti in the PCIe slot
