Hello Guys 🙂

I just build my new PC

MB: Asus Rog Strix z790-H Gaming Wifi (LGA1700)

CPU: I7 14700K / AIO Asus Rog Strix LCII 360 ARGB

RAM: Cosair Dominatior Titanium DDR5 6800

GPU: RTX 2080 Super

M.2: Samsung 990

My problem ist that my GPU ist only running at pcie 3.0 but why ?

i've switched the m.2 from the first slot to the last one (bottom) because the first maybe shares the lane with the GPU.

After i switched the GPU is still at pcie3.0 but my Chipset temps are 4-5 dregrees higher ????

what can I do 😞 ?? Please help me

Hey,

Boot into BIOS. Locate the Advanced menu. Find "Graphics Configuration" submenu. Under Primary Display, switch the Configuration Option to "PCIE". Disable "iGPU Multi-Monitor". Save and exit BIOS. Boot into Windows and shutdown. Boot into BIOS again. Take a picture of PCI Express Configuration submenu. It's situated in the PCH Configuration menu, inside Advanced tab.
