I just want to let you guys know, i bought this beautiful motherboard 

ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F Gaming WiFi 6E LGA 1700

make sure you update Bios  to the latest software before sticking any GPU/Video Card in to the motherboard, it wont work with out update bios, after updating bios, GPU/Video Card started working, but before that, my monitor would not turn on at all, like it does not see PCIe lane.

I can not confirm. I bought the same mainboard on October 9th, 2023 with bios/UEFI 1303. My graphics card asus tuf rtx 4070 ti OC worked without any errors. Monitor was connected via DP.

Well i used Asus Strix 3080 and i had to update bios to get any signal from GPU, other wise i can get screen on from motherboard only, i did checked bios settings too, bios was the issue, i had bios version 14XX something out of the box.
