Asus rog strix Z690 F upgrading from 2 to 4 ram sticks

Hi everyone, 

I've had my Asus Rog strix Z690 F motherboard for around a year now, I currently have 2 x 16gb of Corsair Vengeance 5600mhz cl36 ram installed with a 12700F cpu, I'm running msfs and my ram usage is going up to 65% used, so I'm thinking of getting 2 more identical sticks, but I'm hearing DDR5 doesn't play well with 4 sticks.

Can anyone advise if I will have issues please.

I use 4x 16GB RAM DDR5 @5600 MHz (2 kits with 2x 16 GB each) on my Rog Strix z790-F and they run super stable. No problems with that. Memtest86 also ran without errors.
