Specs:

Ryzen 9 5900x

GeForce RTX 3080

Corsair Vengence Pro 32gb 3600

Once I give power to the machine, then press the power button, everything turns on, and runs perfectly. Only thing is the Orange LED remains Solid at DRAM. No Post either. 

Things I’ve tried:

reseating ram, change orientation, try new ram sticks from previous build. Remove GPU and boot up, check CPU, flash BIOS, CMOS reset.

any help would be greatly appreciated

If your pc is stuck at the yellow Dram LED after a bios flash or cmos reset, this could indicate bent or misaligned cpu socket pins.

Remove your cpu cooler and cpu, inspect the cpu socket with a magnifying glass to be sure all socket pins are straight and in line.

You can post pictures of the cpu socket if you like.
