Asus ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB a fan is not working

Hi,

I'm using a Ryujin III 360 ARGB on a RoG Z790-F Gaming motherboard, the CPU fan is connected to the CPU_FAN Header and properly identified by the motherboard and the Pump to the Aio_Pump connector and correctly identified by the motherboard as well.

My problem is that one fan is speeding fast, the  2nd slower and the last simply doesn't spin.

I've checked the manual and connected as suggested, i can see the ARGB working on all 3 fans so i don't know why that doesn't work.

I've tried to use the Q-fan auto settings in the BioS but that doesn't change anything.

In Armory Crate the AIO Pump is showin spinning at 3200rpm but that's strange.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.

I've solved the problem by connecting the other cable with the 4 pin fan and simply not connecting the 2nd ARGB cable, very strange that i need to connect the both power cable...
