ASUS ROG G571JY-DH71 Registration Serial # Incorrect? need drivers install disk

I have an ASUS ROG G571JY-DH71 I tried to register the product to find some avenue of tech support, I get a Serial # Incorrect error message.

I don't need warranty service, I'm just looking for the reload software or driver dvd, but the system won't let me find it because it shows incorrect serial #.

How should I proceed with reloading this machine with the right drivers for my new portable gamer. That is, until I get a better one for her. But this one looks wicked.

Any help with support drivers is appreciated. I can load the OS.

Hi bbwolfie,

Welcome to the ROG forum.

When registering, double check you're not using the letter O for the number 0 or vice versa.

You could try performing a factory reset.
