Holding down start button; cpu fan starts to spin; q code gets get up to 27 and then everything stops, shuts down.

Hello, Q-Code 27 is reserved for CPU Post-Memory Initialization.

Remove the CPU and memory modules and reseat whilst checking for even mounting pressure.

Now q code goes to 15 and then cc and c8 and everything shuts down.
