Asus Rog Crosshair VIII Extreme, System starts on its own !

Looking around in the forums I can see this issue has been mentioned before, I can confirm the bios setting for LAN wake up is disabled, does anyone have an idea that I can try ?

Go tot Device manager, and in to the properties of the network LAN adapters. under power management there is a setting to allow this device to wake pc. Untick these, you should be good
