ASUS Motherboard Crucial Ballistix Sport black screen no boot bios

Hi,

I bought a used ASUS PRIME-H310M-E-R2-0 card, an Intel Core I5-9600KF processor and a Crucial Ballistix Sport LT BLS16G4D32AESC 3200 MHz DDR4 Ram strip.

When I assembled it, with my graphics card, it wouldn't start, the fans were spinning, no display, no beeps.
I tried for hours to check if the processor socket was good, changed the power supply, changed the graphics card, reset the bios, removed the battery 15 minutes, still the same.

Finally I tried to install a standard DDR4 Crucial 8GB 3200MHz CT8G4DFRA32A RAM, bingo! it worked.

I tried the Ballistix to see on another PC with an ASUS PRIME B660-PLUS D4 that I had on another PC and the same, it doesn't start either.

The ram heats up but the bios does not start!

Has anyone encountered this kind of problem with a Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 RAM, is it possible that the strip I was sold is out of order? how to check it.

Thank you for your help.

If your Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 RAM isn't working on two different motherboards, there's a chance that the RAM module itself might be the problem. To determine if it's faulty, you can run memory diagnostic tools like Memtest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic. Trying the RAM in a different computer is another good test, as it can reveal whether the issue is compatibility-related. Ensure the RAM matches the specifications supported by your ASUS PRIME-H310M-E-R2-0 motherboard and Intel Core i5-9600KF processor. Make sure it's properly seated in the motherboard slots, and don't forget to consider any past issues reported with this RAM. If all else fails and the RAM is indeed faulty, reach out to the seller or Crucial for a potential replacement. This systematic approach should help you get to the bottom of the problem and find a solution.

Thanks for your help, I could not do a MemTest test because the PC does not boot with this RAM
I tried on another motherboard and also had it tested in a computer store Even as a symptom.
It's surprising but I deduce that I was tricked.
The second-hand market is full of scams like this.
