I recently Built a new rig. I7-8700k, Asus Maximux X Code, GTX 1070TI FTW,Corsair 750 RMx.
Anytime i run any game or Heaven Benchmark I start getting a coil whine sound from the PCIE area under the ram. So i swapped out video cards with my old GTX 950 and the issue stopped. So i figgured it was the new card, so i did a RMA. I just got the new card today and the same exact issue! No one seems to know what this is? If this is possibly the Board? Or the card? I mean 2 of the same card and its still going on? Newegg is gona call me tomorrow and i only have a few days left for a RMA. I was thinking about swapping the board. Anyone have any ideas?
