ASUS MAXIMUS IX Formula

Hi everyone,
Is there somebody from you how knows which kind of connector I have to buy to connect to this USB1314 pins on my new ASUS MAXIMUS IX Formula?
This connector is much smaller than the standard one's, but I like to use it for my frontpanel, because I don't have more others available.

You can see a picture here, the port is name USB1314: http://imagescdn.tweaktown.com/content/7/9/7997_15_asus-rog-maximus-ix-formula-z270-motherboard-revi...

I tried to find this cable in all stores around, but without success. This, for me, new smaller internal USB2.0 connector wasn't available anywhere.

Is here anybody with the same issue?

Thanks

It should be a standard USB 2.0 port. But I must admit that it does like a little different. I'll do some investigating and tests when my motherboard gets here. 🙂

Hello

I guess I don't understand the question. The USB header shown in the picture is an industry standard header and is placed next to the ROG_EST header the same as it has been on all ASUS motherboards.

His point is he is saying his is not like whats in the picture.*

OP can you post a photo of the connector on your board?*

Do they offer FULL waterblock included cpu, chipset and etc for this mobo?

He did post a link, and it's a standard USB 2.0 internal header, what he didn't mention is if his front panel is USB 2.0 or 3.0 or if there is something odd about his front panel, maybe the cable isn't long enough, maybe he needs a cable extension or adapter.

nvdiaslrig,
IX series boards are new, it takes after market cooling manufactures several months to decide if they will manufacture custom full cover blocks and only if they decide it is cost effective, which could make the new IX Extreme a good buy if you deduct what a full custom block would cost
