ASUS GT51CH-FR018T - SLI 1070 - Bottleneck ????

Hi,
I bought a GT51CH-FR018T (32GB RAM) summer 2017 in France, Nice city.
The first PC was delivered with broken bios, couldn't boot.
The 2nd PC had an obsolete OS Win 10 version that couldn't be update.
Then the PC went back to ASUS itself and sent me back after a supposed-to-be OS reparation/replacement.
Means, I bought the PC on may 2017 and took it back on november 2017. What to say...
Since then, I've been facing multi-bug with Windows (couldn't use reset factory for ex, msg drive not found F:\ or D:\ maybe C:\),
extremely poor perf on gaming. A mess.
For ex Far Cry 5 & 6 average FPS 30 with drop @ 4 beeing in the game menu. Same problem while using Pinnacle studio 15, very very slow.
My PC went back to the shop as under warranty. I am waiting for exchange probably if the reseller stop arguing, argumenting that pbs are from games or soft.
I already compared perf with same config (i7 7700k 4.2GHZ and 1070 MSI), the difference is just "incroyable". Pity me.
My question is : after investigating during weeks (benck, internet comparison perf etc etc), I found a website here https://pc-builds.com/calculator/Core_i7-7700K/GeForce_GTX_1070/0Km0UNlv/
