Asus fx502vm - cpu fan 0 rpm

Hi all,

i got a FX502VM which throttles the CPU Fans up in idle mode sometimes. The Fan has already been replaced by Asus.
The fan speed in the BIOS says it has 0 RPM, which has already been the case before the fan replacement.

Does anybody have the same Laptop and could please check if the 0 RPM are normal in BIOS?
