The questions I have are these:

I have been hearing all sorts of negative things about the FX9590, is this CPU good or should I go with the FX8000 series?
Heat will not be a problem as I am going overkill on water cooling.

Is there anything in general I should be worried about for BIOS settings, I know there is a forum post about what it took to get 5GHz stable for performance that I have saved up as a reference. Post by 'Hurtman"

I have a 32" 1080P TV with HDMI inputs that I was planning on using till I figured out a legitimate monitor for it. I am currently doing renovations to the room this computer will be going in so I haven't really looked into monitors.

***Summed up I need help with Monitor and CPU (AM3+ Socket) choices***
