I bought i second hand Apex Encore used with my 14900k and a brand new GSkill 6000cl26.I mounted today and started and i got this 99 code from beginning. I searched info about, I see that some people solve the problem by plugging the usb for peripherals on mobo slot, i checked all cables connections reset CMOs, finally i was able to boot in bios and in after in windows. I did some updates, a short test to my CPU just to check the temperature and if it’s any fault on my Aio and everything was fine. Next step was to make the ram stable, i did some minor changes and after with all my effort i was not able to boot in windows. First time i got a BSDO with message
GLOBALROOT\Device\Harddisk1\Partion4\WINDOWS\Sydytem32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail
I was able to boot in bios couple of times trying different soft changes and after i got again this 99 error and looks like i can solve it.
I clearly think that the motherboard is dead but in same time i hope it’s something that can be fixed.
I will appreciate any advice, maybe with a bit help i can solve the problem
