Hey guys,
So I recently left Intel for AMD5, this is my first timer with AMD5 so I'm both new and curious at the same time to get started with this. Just recently made a fresh windows install. I am not planning to use the integrated graphics, so I turned it off in BIOS before installing Windows 11. However, device manager shows this "uknown device" with information: "USB4\VIRTUAL_POWER_PDO\7&1CBA5F63&0&0" and I do not know what it is.
I downloaded the drivers from my motherboards support site, except the one for integrated graphics.
Do I also need to go to AMD-site and download anything from there, or could this be due to that I didn't download for integrated?
Also, another question. I downloaded the audio drivers, but I miss Sonic Studio! It's no longer included for this motherboard? I had it on my last platform Maximus XI Extreme and loved it. Really wish I could still use it!

chipset driver. use the one here and make sure the last bios is loaded. (1715)
regarding the other drivers. NETWORK
for the ethernet
Regarding on WIFI/BT check on device manager If you unit comes with MK or qualcom. that one i will check. if is mediatek check if is R7xx(MT7925/MT7927 or MT7921/MT79x2) if you have wifi MTK or mediatek you by mediatek
if you have qualcom check here
aside these 3 amd does nto use any other driver unless VMD (raid is active) and the integrated gpu. then update windows 11 25h2 and done
cheers

That chipset driver didn't solve my problem.

I already have the latest BIOS, also installed your recommended *older* drivers which did nothing. Unknown device: USB4\VIRTUAL_POWER_PDO\7&1CBA5F63&0&0 still appears in device manager.

when you say fresh install is keep files or wipe the nvme and install windows there? appears that this is TB5 from intel raptor lake if i id this correct. since am5 does not support tb4 native. you can right click uninstall that much do the trick if still appears then we have something else there.
