I got question, will AMD FX 8350 Black Edition CPU fit in Asus Maximus V formula or VI version? If not wtch motherboard for gaming is best for this CPU?

No. The Maximus is an intel chipset motherboard. The best Mobo for the FX series is the Crosshair V Formula Z.
