If your gonna use antro's graphic then no it shouldn't be an issue as the triple intake up top will blow air down onto the vrm and the double intake on the front will push the air right across the chip set, then your one exhaust will pull the air out the back of the case
As for the temps you saying warm air I'm guessing your meaning the air being warmer after it passes thru the rad, shouldn't really matter probly only a 1-2c difference then you'd see if they were just intakes without the rad
Not to mention down the road a ways you could always find a spot within the case to throw an extra fan to ensure the air keeps moving in the case and to add extra airflow over the vrm or chip set but only if u feel you need to really you should be all good
Also ek water cooling does makes blocks specifically for the maximus boards so down the road you could always grab some of those up but again only if you need to or if u want the bragging rights to say u watercooled the main board heat points
