Hello,
Im building a new PC to replace my very old Rampage V extreme with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU. Its still going strong my Rampage V extreme, it has resisted everything through out the years, its what im now using at this moment to write this post, I even managed to install win 11 on it and everything surpassing windows limitations on the cpu - but time has come to seek new horizons.
So I have already bought a crossfire x870 hero and a ryzen 9 9950x3d to install on it, and those are on the way, among some other stuff like a rog thor platinium III, as I write this post. They will soon arrive at my door step.
But choosing a nice set of RAM STicks to install on my combo is a major difficulty for me, so I appeal to you experienced guys to give me some advice as I'm afraid I might choose the wrong ones. What RAM should I get to match my new cpu and MOBO and get a really stable, fast and reliable system? What is the best brand and model out there at this date and time for the parts I've chosen?
Thank you for you help in advance and I hope I can reach this topic again to read the answers since I tend to loose my way in these crowded forums 🙂
Cheers

Hello Nate152
Based on some research and the page you showed me I have put this
on the cart of my local retailer, and its ready for checking out...
But before I check it out I would like your opinion on if it was was a good choice, or if there is something better and more recent for the combo im building. Would you get those if they were for you?
Your advice will be much appreciated
Thanks in advance.

Yes, that memory kit is on the ASUS QVL and I think it's a great choice.
The memory part number shows it's Corsair Vengeance RGB, the tech specs shows it's compatible with AMD 800 series motherboards.
You should be good to go with it.

Ok, I just checked it out, will be arriving very soon.
Now I only need to choose a cooler and a case and that's it for my new build, wish me luck...
Best regards...
