32GB 2x16 Corsair Vengeance Pro 3466mhz not stable at 3466 mhz

ASUS GTX 2080 TI
Corsair HX 850i PSU
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3466 mhz

Can not get the RAM to b stable at 3466. I can run it fine at 3200 bumping the voltage up to 1.3625 in XMP I. Can not get it to be stable at 3466 with any of the variations I've tried in XMP I or II at various voltages increases up to 1.38.

Any else have this RAM? Had this trouble? Or any advice on how to get it stable? Am I just not pushing voltage high enough?

Thanks

My advice: change your memory KIT or settle for 3200 Mhz. That is what I did.
Asus and memory compatibility (even when in QVL) is a fairy tale and you need to kiss a lot of frogs to get the prince. They will blame the CPU, the memory KIT, the sun and the moon, but never their boards.
