Wi-fi connection issues

I just purchased the Ally yesterday and am now having some issues. When browsing the web I get my full 1gb stable internet and steam also downloads games at a decent speed.  However, I can't get Battle.net to update as it says I don't have stable internet and both Epic and Microsoft store download very slowly in about 10 second intervals before losing connection.

I've think I've tried almost everything updating the firmware,bios, rolling back drivers, resetting the connection but nothing I do seems to make a difference.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Based on your description, please try enabling WiFi SmartConnect in MyASUS and test again. Additionally, check your network stability to see if the issue improves. Thank you.

Thanks for replying.  I have tried enabling smartconnect and it has not mad a difference.  Using a browser or stream I still get my full connection but when I try to use battle.net or Microsoft store I get a download speed of 0 most of the time and then it will randomly start downloading for a few seconds before stopping again.

Thank you for your response. I just wanted to further confirm—did you download the game to an SD card? If you remove the SD card and download the game directly to the internal storage, does the issue still occur? Thank you.
