Ive had my rog X for less that a week. I updated the latest updates this morning in armoury crate AMD software and windows app downloaded halo from xbox game pass. Before yesterday I had no noticeable issues with the vibration motors. Playing halo for the first time  tonight I noticed the vibration in the contoller was really high through out the game. It's sounded broken. I went to armoury crate to turn them off L and Right went back into the game and it made no difference whatsoever. Double checked in armoury crate and the setting for the vibration motors were still off. I went to try spiderman remastered. And I have the same problem with the vibration motors being really loud and still working when I have switched them off through armoury crate. This was not happening before yesterday as I have played spiderman before on here and many other games. No issues untill installing these updates or halo. Please help. Is it broken?

Hi Anbby

I completed the dump log as it did it again tonight, the x was on charge then when i took the rog x off charge and started a game it started vibrating really bad again while playing spider man remastered on steam. i completed a MCU dump log and a dump log from armory crate as instructed.  im confused by the pdf instructions. once the MCU Dump says complete what do i do? do i need to attach the log file?
