Update :
Hello,
So I was here before saying that I have a vibration issue with my Ally X.
I noticed this happened 4-5 times in a day at the beginning and every time I had to completely shut down the device. Before the firmware that was supposed to fix this, It stopped happening for some reason for me and it stopped happening after as well, until today.
I was chilling in BG3 and all of the sudden I heard a bee again on my Ally X, the moment I heard it once I knew that on every small vibration, the motors will vibrate bad like hitting metal.
After the update firmware, I heard some people that continued to have this issue and I did not, until now.
Here is the audio : Audio
This is obviously a firmware issue. Please fix it because this device is expensive.
Also I think this is not the same as the non stopping vibration some had before in some games.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi All,
Thank you for reporting this issue! Please try updating to BIOS version 308 and see if there is any improvement. We look forward to your feedback!

Hi, the version 308 does not solve the issue. Silent_Scone mentionned a few hours ago that they can replicate CAPS lock issue and it will be in the next MCU FW update.

I had a similar issue a two days ago and also running 308, sounds exactly the same as the audio on OP's video. Can't recall if it was capslock related or not
Persisted over a Windows restart, but the following day after the device was powered off the issue was not present and has not been since. If I get the issue again, I'll try and post here with more details.

I got exactly same problem randomly.
Press buton power long Time until reboot.
But it s not a fix , it s a firmware issue sure.

I noticed that happened to my XBOX ONE controller while I was playing yesterday and it wouldn't stop until I decided to take the batteries out and put them back in. It was strange.

We plan to release MCU FW 313 this weekend.
You can update and use it then.

Thanks the new firmware indeed solved the issue, I no longer have loud vibrations because of this key.
