Update :
Hello,
So I was here before saying that I have a vibration issue with my Ally X.
I noticed this happened 4-5 times in a day at the beginning and every time I had to completely shut down the device. Before the firmware that was supposed to fix this, It stopped happening for some reason for me and it stopped happening after as well, until today.
I was chilling in BG3 and all of the sudden I heard a bee again on my Ally X, the moment I heard it once I knew that on every small vibration, the motors will vibrate bad like hitting metal.
After the update firmware, I heard some people that continued to have this issue and I did not, until now.
Here is the audio : Audio
This is obviously a firmware issue. Please fix it because this device is expensive.
Also I think this is not the same as the non stopping vibration some had before in some games.

Some updates I very easily replicated it in 5 minutes today while cutting some steps.
Connecting with parsec to AllyX
Switching between Desktop and Gamepad controller while testing the vibration
Reconnecting again, sending keystrokes from my computer to allyX with Parsec
Switching between Desktop and Gamepad controller while testing the vibration
Some notes : AMD Software was open (the interface), somewhere on the desktop probably irrelevant, also I turned of the screen 3 times, probably irrelevant as well and it really does not matter if you plug or unplug the device.

Steps to Test Gamepad Vibration Settings:
Connect to AllyX via Parsec:
Execute Command on AllyX:
Verify Vibration Settings:

@Anbby_ROG
Please informs the devs about this issue, I manage to replicate it in less than 1 seconds, here is the real issue :

Hi @ROG0111 ,
Thank you for your attention and effort in addressing this issue. Could you please record a video demonstrating the issue replication process and, after the issue occurs, use the MCU dump tool to capture the log at that moment? Additionally, please provide the following information for further analysis. Thank you in advance.
Brand and model of the external keyboard:
Armoury Crate SE > Settings > General > About > Service Version > Check Button (Copy all content):

It is not just the external keyboard,
Caps + Shift + A (with another separated Caps after)
It seems that this will make the motors go crazy on any Ally X device as someone else has also tested this and it got the bad vibration because of the combo.
Alright will post the logs when I find more free time. Thanks

Also this is confirmed to happen on pretty much every single Ally X ever shipped. What are the odds that everyone executing this combo that never had bad vibrations are getting bad vibrations.

Pressing Caps creates the issue in 0.1 seconds, anybody on any AllyX can replicate it. Need to use the traditional keyboard on windows or any physical keyboard that has the CAPS button on them, the moment CAPS is active all hell breaks lose.

Hi @ROG0111 ,
Thank you for your feedback on this issue. We are currently analyzing the situation and plan to release a new MCU update to optimize this phenomenon. I will keep you informed of any further updates. Thank you for your understanding.
